ePACT is a health and safety software to better support our community and make it easier for families to submit critical data securely! ePACT is a secure digital solution that allows you to quickly share the health and emergency information we need, and also provides us with powerful communication tools to ensure we have a way to message you in the event of an illness, injury, or larger scale emergency.
Once a family registers for a camp through Orinda Parks and Rec, families will only receive an invitation from our department, once per year, per child. It is extremely important that you complete the process to setup your ePact emergency account prior to the start of your child attending camp. In addition to accessing health and emergency information, Orinda Parks & Rec will utilize ePact’s check in/check out feature every day at camp, therefore an account must be created for each child, prior to camp. Once the account has been created, you will only need to modify it if information has changed.
