What is ePACT?

Orinda Parks and Rec is proud to announce our launch of ePACT - an online system to collect and manage our families' emergency information and waiver releases to use during camp programs. Once you have shared your information with us, this will only need to reviewed annually.

ePACT is a secure emergency network that we will use to collect medical and emergency contact information electronically. Not only will ePACT replace paper forms, but it will also ensure we have a way to communicate with you in the event of an illness, injury, or larger scale emergency.

Rest assured that you will always own your account and the information in it. Plus, ePACT maintains the same levels of security as online banking, and limits access only to the City staff administrators we assign for enhanced privacy.

Check In / Check Out Process

Parents and/or guardians who will be checking their campers in, and out, need to ensure they have been added to the campers ePACT account as either a Parent/Legal Guardian, an Emergency Contact or added to the Pick-Up List.

When you arrive you can check-in / Check-out in one of two ways:

  1. Check-in / check-out with a QR Code: To learn more please read this guidance sheet
  2. Check-in / check-out without a QR Code: this is permitted, but the parent/legal guardian (etc.) will be required to sign the child in and out on a City device.
