Program Details:

Eligible Residents (District A): Residential properties that front Brookwood Road

Permits Available: 94 permits available

Specific Vehicles Per Residential Household:  2

  • After 30 days of the initial offering, a household may request up to a total of 4 permits on a first come basis until the maximum 94 permit limit is reached

(Each household will be able to purchase up to 2 permits regardless of the limit)

Cost: $80 (per vehicle)

  • All permits expire at the end of each calendar year. (December 31st)
  • No refunds on purchased permits.
  • Parking is first come, first serve. A permit does not guarantee a parking space
  • New Parking Restrictions: 4 hour parking limit from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday-Friday except Holidays and vehicles displaying District A Permits. Existing 2 hour parking near Camino Pablo will not be permit exempt.
  • Completed applications may take up to 2 business days to process

Permit Application Requirements:

  • One of the following to register for a Resident Permit account: Driver’s License (Must be registered to applicant’s address), utility bill, rental/lease agreement, or deed.

AND

  • · For permit application: Car Registration (must be registered to applicant’s address)

Additional Policies:

  • A parking permit does not guarantee a parking space in the registered residential parking permit district. The parking privilege on the street is subject to first come, first served basis.
  • A permit is only valid when used in the parking permit district that the permit is registered.
  •  A Vehicle Change Form must be completed if a permit holder has a currently registered vehicle changed or deleted from the program.
  • Displaying a residential parking permit does not exempt the vehicle from the City's ordinance which requires a vehicle to be moved every 72 hours.
  • Parking restrictions: 4 hour parking limit 6:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday­ though Friday except Holidays based on the adopted traffic orders.
  • Exceptions can be appealed to the PW Director.
